Shipping and Delivery
All items are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Please check your shipment carefully, as soon as it arrives. All shortages must be reported within 30 days to receive proper credit. No credit will be issued for shortages not reported within 30 days of receipt.
Returns and Adjustments
To help us serve you better, please click here for our Return Form. You must provide us with the information requested on the form including your account number, invoice number, and a brief explanation. Carefully pack return items together with this form and insure them. Used items, including those marked or stamped, cannot receive credit. RETURN ALL ITEMS TO:
